My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean and a decent size, but unfortunately, an alarm went off for over an hour. The service was friendly and accommodating, although the staff was uncooperative in suggesting other options. The location was great with easy access to shopping and restaurants, but there was a lack of dining options nearby. The dining experience was good with delicious options, although the meals from an express Starbucks onsite were not included. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few minor issues.
